What you will do

• Conduct in-house and on-site technical training across North America.
• Develop and coordinate course outlines, instructor guides, and training aids.
• Review instructional performance and customer satisfaction data.
• Maintain and upgrade Ovation training software and hardware systems.
• Collaborate effectively with Field Engineers, Sales, Software Engineering, and Project Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of presentation techniques and current computing technologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting technical training in Power Generation and Water/Wastewater Treatment industries.
• Knowledge of teaching techniques from work experience or formal education.
