What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants in your portfolio
• Support merchants in day-to-day use of hirify.global services and act as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to merchants' strategic development and identify growth-driving metrics
• Manage and deliver against complex goals balancing short-term needs and long-term investments
• Identify upsell opportunities and optimize internal processes for customer benefit
• Analyze merchant feedback and market trends to improve features and experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in CSM, Account Management, or Sales
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
