What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition and expand hirify.global Digital Solutions footprint in China’s offshore wind and oil & gas sectors.
  • Lead customer-facing activities and become the primary contact for clients in China.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally at decision-maker levels.
  • Manage sales pipeline, conversion rates, and annual new logo targets.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement cross-business area sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Ideally based in Shanghai, China
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
  • Proven track record in business development and new client acquisition.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in renewables and offshore energy sectors preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% and some international travel.

Nice to have

  • Professional network within offshore wind or oil & gas sectors.
  • Commercial experience in technical software sector.
