Sales Consultant (HR Solutions): Selling comprehensive HR, payroll, and benefits solutions to SMBs with 5-99 employees within a defined territory. Location: Raleigh, NC, United States, position may be remote with reliable internet service.

Salary: $75,000 to $92,500 per year plus commissions.

What you will do

  • Develop annual sales plans to meet targets across multiple states and industries.
  • Build and manage a balanced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and partner referrals.
  • Qualify prospects quickly using strong market and decision-maker understanding.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships to secure long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage multiple complex sales opportunities through a 3-6 month sales cycle.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and quoting tools to manage activities.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work in the United States, specifically Raleigh, NC.
  • 3+ years experience in complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proven PEO experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office applications.
  • Strong partner and referral network building skills.
