What you will do
- Develop annual sales plans to meet targets across multiple states and industries.
- Build and manage a balanced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and partner referrals.
- Qualify prospects quickly using strong market and decision-maker understanding.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships to secure long-term client partnerships.
- Manage multiple complex sales opportunities through a 3-6 month sales cycle.
- Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and quoting tools to manage activities.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work in the United States, specifically Raleigh, NC.
- 3+ years experience in complex B2B sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Proven PEO experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

- Experience with Salesforce and MS Office applications.
