What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Track and Notify products.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Develop product specifications and communicate them effectively.
• Utilize customer feedback and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create exceptional user experiences.
• Analyze product metrics to optimize features post-launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written skills for drafting business and product requirement documents.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus.
