What you will do

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, primarily via cold calling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Track activities rigorously and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct business trips to focus regions to gain market insights.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge with international sales teams.
  • Organize events to promote hirify.global and build a host community.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Faro, Portugal to support hybrid work.
  • Languages: Near native Portuguese and fluent English skills required.
  • High self-motivation and ability to convince clients via phone and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience in sales, account management, travel industry, or online business.
  • Driver's license required.
