Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Eliciting and analyzing functional and technical requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and managing project documentation with an accent on stakeholder communication and product owner proxy responsibilities. Focus on developing business cases, use cases, and post-implementation support in an Agile environment.

Location: Hybrid in Poland (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Lublin, Opole, Poznan, Krakow, Katowice)

What you will do

• Gather and elicit functional and technical requirements, develop business and functional analysis artifacts.
• Support user acceptance testing and create project documentation including requirements and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders and build consensus on proposed solutions.
• Perform product owner proxy duties such as requirements clarification, grooming facilitation, and refinement.
• Develop business cases, use cases, and provide post-implementation support.
• Propose recommendations based on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with marketing and sales knowledge.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, functional specifications, and user training/support.
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices (BABOK), requirements lifecycle, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency with software management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Background in QA is a significant plus.
