What you will do

• Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision and strategy for internal and external developer experiences
• Perform market assessments to benchmark and identify gaps in the shipping industry
• Translate user needs and pain points into detailed and actionable product requirements
• Drive product development with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Identify cross-ownership and lead cross-organizational product efforts
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success

Requirements

• Must have an Engineering Degree
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years related experience or equivalent
• Experience defining vision and strategy for technical products and full product lifecycle management
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label products
• Must be authorized and based in the United States
• Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
