What you will do

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage customer relationships including quarterly business reviews and onboarding.
  • Size and quote software license needs and negotiate upgrades.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, video, and on-site meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts with account-based campaigns and share sales best practices.
  • Accurately report account and opportunity information using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Austin, United States
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription models.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers and managing enterprise deals over $100k.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • US work authorization required; visa candidates not supported

Nice to have

  • Experience with account planning and prospecting tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level contacts.
