What you will do
- Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage customer relationships including quarterly business reviews and onboarding.
- Size and quote software license needs and negotiate upgrades.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, video, and on-site meetings.
- Support marketing efforts with account-based campaigns and share sales best practices.
- Accurately report account and opportunity information using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Austin, United States
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription models.
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers and managing enterprise deals over $100k.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and strong customer relationship management skills.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- US work authorization required; visa candidates not supported
Nice to have
- Experience with account planning and prospecting tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level contacts.
