Location: Remote (USA)

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of ~25 enterprise accounts with strategic account plans.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles using structured methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to create compelling value propositions and ROI models.
  • Deliver business cases and TCO analyses to executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and contribute market insights to product strategy.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with $250k+ ACV deal sizes.
  • Proven success in new-logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling and ROI/TCO modeling.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or warehouse technology solutions.
  • Experience in subscription or SaaS business models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of industrial automation, robotics, or AI-driven software.
  • Experience with value engineering or financial justification frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC).
