MVP, Product Management (AI)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: USD 208,000–261,000 per year, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Own product strategy for CIO-focused research and subscription products, including business cases, product builds, launches, and implementation.
• Drive growth in contract value, client numbers, new business, and retention for hirify.global’s CIO client role.
• Incubate pilot products by analyzing business metrics, identifying obstacles, and prioritizing enhancements.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and track post-launch impact and performance metrics.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and launch updates to executive leaders, including the CEO and Operating Committee.
• Build high-performing product teams and collaborate with insights, service delivery, sales, engineering, research, and customer experience functions.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of product management leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team management experience with senior-level associates, including Senior Director-level leaders and above.
• Expertise in the priorities of CIOs and senior technology executives, preferably in B2B, professional services, or insights subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of product management best practices, product lifecycle management, quantitative and qualitative business analytics, and measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams, manage multiple complex projects, and communicate clearly in writing and presentations.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members and work effectively in a feedback-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Professional services or management consulting experience serving senior technology executives.
• Experience in an insights subscription business.
