TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Private Equity): Drive sales of fund administration and related SaaS products to Private Equity and Private Credit Funds with an accent on managing long sales cycles, influencing key decision makers, and expanding industry networks. Focus on negotiating and closing large contracts, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with delivery and R&D teams to optimize client solutions.

Location: London, England, hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Communicate business impact of hirify.global’s product offerings to key decision makers in Private Equity and Private Credit Funds
  • Own and manage sales cycles up to 12+ months, from lead generation to close
  • Build and expand industry networks to create new business opportunities
  • Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting and negotiation
  • Collaborate with Delivery and R&D teams to design optimal operating models for prospects
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in London office on a hybrid schedule
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years selling into Private Equity funds at Fund Administration or related companies
  • Strong network and understanding of private capital markets and fund structures
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines, negotiate, and close large contracts
  • English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)

Nice to have

  • Experience in venture capital, institutional investing, wealth management, or high growth fintech
  • Relevant sales experience in SaaS or financial services organizations
