What you will do

• Become proficient in operating and understanding company technology and features.
• Assist R&D by facilitating experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting results.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers, resolving issues effectively.
• Gather market intelligence and customer requirements to inform product improvements.
• Advise on process improvements and provide feedback to engineering and sales teams.
• Support projects nationally and internationally, including travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• Fluent English required, additional EMEA languages a plus.
• 2+ years experience in automation, machinery, or engineering sectors.
• Minimum tertiary degree or equivalent in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% including multiple two-week trips.
• Ability to work in office and industrial customer sites, including physical requirements.
