About the Role

You will lead the IT Engineering team while remaining hands-on with technical work. You will work with Security and Operations to secure endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools while supporting employee productivity. You will mentor team members, plan projects, and contribute to hiring as the IT function expands globally.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring an IT Engineering or Technical Operations team, including project planning and hiring.
• Strong hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role, including enterprise-scale IT systems management.
• Knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including SAML, SCIM, and OIDC, with Okta and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with mobile device management tooling across a device fleet.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar, with experience automating compliance checks, device configuration, and IT security tasks.
• Experience managing office network equipment, including Cisco Meraki or Ubiquiti, and office buildouts.
• Ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
