What you will do
- Develop and implement the German market strategy and provide market feedback.
- Source, qualify leads, and maintain a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with German e-commerce brands and represent at industry events.
- Mentor and support existing SDRs in the sales process.
Requirements
- Native or near-native German and professional English.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of the German e-commerce landscape and business culture.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and data-driven approach.
