What you will do

  • Develop and implement the German market strategy and provide market feedback.
  • Source, qualify leads, and maintain a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Build trusted relationships with German e-commerce brands and represent hirify.global at industry events.
  • Mentor and support existing SDRs in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native German and professional English.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the German e-commerce landscape and business culture.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and data-driven approach.
