What you will do
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing Account Management team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive commercial excellence by participating in key negotiations and building strong, long-lasting relationships with top partners.
- Define and own the team’s revenue targets and OKRs, collaborating with internal teams to drive execution and growth.
- Optimize revenue operations, ensuring robust processes for forecasts and CRM management in collaboration with Business Operations and Finance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance partner value propositions, pricing models, and internal efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 6-8 years in business roles (client-facing in startup/tech, finance, or consulting), preferably in Sales or Account Management.
- Education: Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, independence, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
- Managerial experience is a strong plus.
