What you will do
- Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage client accounts and strategize with team members to meet client needs.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to broaden the scope of services offered.
- Participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Help the sales team as a regional expert and help structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Passion for emerging markets and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
- Proven experience as Account Manager or Business Development.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English is a must and ability to travel internationally.
