Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Antwerp HQ, Belgium

What you will do

• Lead product discovery through user conversations, workshops, assumption testing, analysis, and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Build close client partnerships by understanding business models, market pressures, ambitions, and budget constraints.
• Set product strategy, assess desirability, viability, and feasibility, and own the product roadmap.
• Define functional, visual, and technical product specifications with solution architects and product designers.
• Stay involved through delivery by shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating until customer problems are solved.
• Coordinate designers, architects, and engineers while sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience defining and shipping digital products, with a builder mindset rather than a process-only management approach.
• Strong product fundamentals across customer experience and technical considerations, supported by curiosity about user behavior and product metrics.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers, architects, and engineers as a genuine cross-functional partner.
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of the product development process.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional product teams through clarity and alignment.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
