Product Owner (EU)

Location: EU; eligible locations include Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands

Salary: EUR 2,475–4,625 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
• Drive product delivery from requirements through release.
• Align stakeholder expectations, business needs, and team capabilities.
• Collaborate with development, design, and stakeholders across web and mobile streams.
• Coordinate the transition from legacy web and mobile applications to a unified solution.
• Manage dependencies and integrations while helping teams remove blockers and improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development projects.
• Proven experience delivering web and mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of product delivery lifecycles, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Ability to establish direction in ambiguous environments and quickly understand new business and technical domains.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Experience with digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience consolidating multiple products into a single platform.
• Background in asset management, energy, industrial, or enterprise platforms.
