Senior Product Manager, Production Stirred-tank Bioreactor Platform (d/f/m)

Location: On-site in Hoegaarden, Belgium; approximately 25% domestic or international travel required.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of production-scale stirred-tank bioreactor platforms.
• Lead product roadmap development, customer insight gathering, and business case creation to prioritize investments.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Product Managers responsible for day-to-day product execution.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies that improve product positioning, market adoption, and global platform utilization.
• Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, product development, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of product management and marketing, including market analysis, new product introduction, product lifecycle management, and product quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Hoegaarden, Belgium and travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-use bioreactor systems, upstream cell culture operations, or bioprocessing technologies.
• Experience with scale-up and commercial manufacturing applications.
• Experience leading new product development, product launches, or lifecycle management in regulated life sciences, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or medical technology industries.
• Experience working with biopharma customers on voice-of-customer research, design-in opportunities, and platform adoption.
