Senior Manager Technical Product Management (Manufacturing IT)

Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; 5 days a week on site

Salary: €96,000–€165,025 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, deployment, and ongoing operations of manufacturing site technology solutions.
• Translate site priorities, operational risks, and business needs into short- and mid-term technology roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technology partner for site leadership and coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, enterprise IT, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Own technology demand, capability planning, investment cases, lifecycle management, budgets, total cost of ownership, and cost optimization.
• Drive operational reliability through incident management, root cause analysis, service governance, continuity planning, and continuous improvement.
• Embed quality, safety, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology lifecycle practices into site plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of related IT experience.
• Experience leading technology delivery and support in a regulated manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable plans.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, cost optimization, complex initiatives, matrixed organizations, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and using project management or Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes and related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, technology lifecycle management, and external IT service organizations.
• Familiarity with MES, LIMS, Historian, PAT, and OT systems.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technology innovation for business value creation.
