What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and regional leadership on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the P&C team across the EMEA region.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and management, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives and promote leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle sensitive employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align regional HR priorities with business goals.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall HR experience, with 5+ years in regional leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in EMEA employment law and HR practices, particularly in tech/SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in HRIS implementation and optimization.
• Strong background in managing complex employee relations and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global HR teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail in managing HR data.
