People Operations Generalist (HR Operations): Supporting the employee experience and day-to-day HR operations at a local fulfillment center with an accent on employee relations, engagement, manager coaching, and policy compliance. Focus on resolving sensitive workplace issues, analyzing people data, implementing people programs, and improving the warehouse work environment.
Location: LAS3 fulfillment center, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; on-site presence required

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR contact and employee advocate for the assigned fulfillment center.
- Handle daily HR support, including background checks, new-hire orientation, training coordination, employee requests, and engagement activities.
- Partner with the People team to implement consistent employee-experience programs and local improvement plans.
- Monitor employee engagement, analyze people data and trends, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Coach warehouse managers on conflict resolution, company policies, leave accommodations, performance, and other employment matters.
- Support an inclusive workplace while maintaining policy adherence, cultural alignment, legal compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of human resources experience or a combination of operations and HR experience.
- Experience supporting hourly employee groups.
- Experience in retail, call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Ability to provide daily on-site support at the assigned Las Vegas fulfillment center.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Understanding of daily HR activities for warehouse associates, including background checks, on-site training, performance and attendance issues, employee questions, and associate wellbeing.
