Senior People Operations Partner (FR & UK)

Location: Paris, with hybrid work and up to two remote days per week; offices are also located in London.

hirify.global is a drug invention company developing new medicines through its QEMI platform, which combines physics-based modeling, statistical mechanics, and generative AI.

What you will do

• Own People Operations across onboarding, employee changes, contract management, and offboarding.
• Design scalable workflows, documentation, and operational practices for international growth.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, managers, employees, and external vendors to deliver accurate and efficient HR processes.
• Ensure compliant HR policies, audit-ready employee records, GDPR compliance, and consistent employee relations practices across France and the UK.
• Optimize HR systems, people data, reporting, analytics, integrations, and self-service solutions.
• Improve engagement, communication, onboarding, and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or HR Operations in fast-growing international environments.
• Strong expertise across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Solid knowledge of French employment law and experience supporting multi-country populations.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, employee data management, people analytics, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• High discretion, integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting employees in both France and the UK.
• Experience in biotech, deeptech, technology, or scale-up environments.
• Experience implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms and people processes.
• Exposure to organizational design, workforce planning, or compensation programs.
