What you will do
- Manage the full growth sales cycle with existing customers, including pipeline management and closing expansion opportunities.
- Conduct online demos and consultations to highlight add-on features and product upgrades.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to uncover business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team for seamless handoff between customer health conversations and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and events to drive customer education.
- Provide customer feedback to improve ’s offerings.
Requirements
- Experience with selling to SMB and Mid-Market firms.
- Proficiency in using CRM technology to track and manage relationships.
- Strong communication skills via email, telephone, and video conferencing.
- Experience selling SaaS products, particularly in wealth management / WealthTech, is a big plus.
