What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to qualify enterprise prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic account-based outreach plans with Account Executives.
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Manage and nurture key enterprise accounts to ensure pipeline growth.
  • Identify improvements to sales processes and product positioning.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA with EST time zone preferred
  • 2+ years in quota-attaining SDR or BDR role, preferably in WealthTech, FinTech, or SaaS.
  • Experience with outbound or account-based prospecting and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for phone, email, and video outreach.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services and modern tech stacks.
