What you will do

• Implement core backend functionality using Ruby on Rails and relational databases.
• Enhance backend architecture for performance and scalability.
• Prototype and deploy AI-powered features leveraging LLM APIs.
• Build and maintain React components in TypeScript for customer-facing features.
• Develop new third-party integrations to expand platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver great user experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong Ruby and Rails expertise; proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience or strong interest in AI/LLM technologies and APIs.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, and tested code; experience with Git and CI/CD.
