What you will do

• Develop and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor and deploy solutions.
• Extend the platform and UI/UX layer to meet enterprise requirements.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production use cases alongside research teams.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code for high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of shipping real user-facing products end-to-end.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue or React, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
• Ownership mentality with the ability to take features from idea to production.
