Manager Strategic Enterprise Deals (Sales): Lead and structure high-value, complex enterprise transactions with an accent on innovative pricing, financial modeling, and cross-functional execution. Focus on driving profitable revenue growth, optimizing deal strategies, and managing operational execution across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
Location: Must work onsite from Santa Clara, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL offices
Salary: $108,000 - $202,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end deal strategy by leading and creatively structuring non-standard, high-value enterprise deals while managing financial risk and compliance.
- Drive profitability and growth by acting as the "Field CFO" for major pursuits and developing comprehensive business cases.
- Innovate business models through market and competitor analysis to expand market share and accelerate transformation.
- Facilitate cross-functional execution by coordinating decisions among Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams and improving deal process efficiency.
- Elevate deal intelligence by championing best practices and communicating structured deal solutions to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years operational experience in Strategy, Business Development, or Deal Desk at a technology firm.
- Proven mastery in complex business case formulation, financial modeling, and high-value transaction structuring.
- Strong ability to synthesize financial data into compelling executive presentations.
- Ownership mindset with capability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Must be able to work onsite in Santa Clara, New York, or Chicago offices in compliance with company policies.
