What you will do

• Own software release Service Level Objectives and report key metrics on product quality and engineering productivity.
• Lead the operational execution of the software release pipeline, from end-to-end code orchestration to triage management.
• Design and build software, automation, and tools to enhance testing and integration processes.
• Manage resources and create reports to track organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points.

Requirements

• Experience in a CI/CD, DevOps, SRE, or SDET role.
• Hands-on experience with automation using languages like Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Proven ability to qualify enterprise products in cloud and container platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
