What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines to improve development speed and reliability.
• Develop internal tools and automation to reduce friction in engineering workflows.
• Optimize build and test infrastructure to ensure faster feedback loops.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the development process.
• Enhance and monitor developer environments to improve the overall developer experience.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, version control, and release management.

Requirements

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Buildkite, or CircleCI.
• Experience with build systems including Bazel, CMake, Make, or Gradle.
• Proficiency in Python dependency management (e.g., poetry, uv).
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes for scalable builds and testing.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Must be located in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker image build optimization.
• Experience with Bazel.
• Experience working with GPUs.
