Location: Hybrid in Fond du Lac, WI, USA (2-3 days onsite)

Salary: $74,600 - $107,750 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute full life-cycle recruiting strategies to strengthen the technical talent pool.
  • Partner with marketing to drive targeted engineering recruiting campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders and hiring managers.
  • Attend trade shows, professional events, and build campus relations to expand the engineering network.
  • Use data analytics to inform strategic and tactical recruiting decisions.
  • Ensure compliance and monitor recruitment metrics for key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Fond du Lac, WI 2-3 days per week
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, HR or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, including recruiting for engineering roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
