What you will do
- Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and optimize SEM and digital marketing performance.
- Design and improve automated bidding logic based on statistical models and market trends.
- Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for campaign and algorithm performance.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to embed SEM logic into production systems.
- Conduct A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate bidding strategies.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering.
- 4+ years experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
- Strong background in quantitative analysis, data science, or related roles, preferably in travel, financial trading, or tech sectors.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
- 5+ years in data-intensive roles focused on quantitative decision-making and optimization.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising channels and travel industry experience.
