What you will do

  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and optimize SEM and digital marketing performance.
  • Design and improve automated bidding logic based on statistical models and market trends.
  • Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for campaign and algorithm performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to embed SEM logic into production systems.
  • Conduct A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate bidding strategies.
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering.
  • 4+ years experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, data science, or related roles, preferably in travel, financial trading, or tech sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
  • 5+ years in data-intensive roles focused on quantitative decision-making and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising channels and travel industry experience.
