What you will do
- Launch the Brazilian market from scratch and take full ownership of subscription volume and growth targets across all paid sources.
- Define and execute a comprehensive country strategy, scaling monthly budgets to seven figures.
- Manage budget allocation to ensure efficient CAC and positive ROAS across global and local Brazilian ad networks.
- Develop Brazil-specific creative briefs and iterate on localized messaging based on performance data.
- Build custom performance models and reports using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
- Partner with the data team to apply attribution insights to scaling decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid UA experience for D2C subscription products (web-to-web).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling the Brazilian market with ownership of country-level targets.
- Experience managing $100k+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability.
- Hands-on experience with local Brazilian ad networks and traffic sources.
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and working English for stakeholder communication.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
