What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using lead lists and prospecting platforms
• Drive interest in the product suite through value-based conversations
• Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level
• Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team
• Manage follow-up communications to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of activity and lead status in CRM

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Norwich, United Kingdom
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear
• Resilience and determination to thrive under pressure and rejection
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
