What you will do
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Account Executives to foster success and growth
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings to build meaningful relationships
- Develop and refine sales processes and initiatives to scale the business
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members
- Deliver weekly sales forecasts and advise on strategies to exceed goals
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in London
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with 2+ years in management
- Strong coaching, presentation, and discovery skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
