What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of Account Executives to foster success and growth
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings to build meaningful relationships
  • Develop and refine sales processes and initiatives to scale the business
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members
  • Deliver weekly sales forecasts and advise on strategies to exceed goals

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in London
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with 2+ years in management
  • Strong coaching, presentation, and discovery skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
