Salary: $129,000 - $178,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings to drive meaningful relationships
  • Develop and refine sales processes and initiatives
  • Hire, train, and support career growth of sales team members
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years of management experience in commercial SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to technical audiences such as Engineering, Product, and Design teams
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals
  • Strong customer relationship management skills

Nice to have

  • Additional management experience within SaaS companies
  • Experience using Figma or UX/UI knowledge
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
