TL;DR

Account Executive Mid-Market (SaaS): Drive sales and maximize revenue by managing mid-market accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering innovative solutions across Figma's product suite with an accent on complex sales cycles and executive engagement. Focus on managing pipelines, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer success and business growth.

Location: Hybrid in United States (San Francisco, CA or New York, NY) with 2 days/week in office or remote within the US

Salary: $110,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Create and manage a pipeline of mid-market accounts to meet or surpass sales targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
  • Align with executives on business challenges and identify long-term deployment opportunities
  • Develop account plans and manage a book of business to drive expansion and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and ensure customer success
  • Advance executive-level relationships through meetings and networking

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States with ability to work hybrid from SF or NY hubs or remotely within the US
  • Experience closing sales in software or SaaS with mid-market customers (500-5000 FTEs)
  • Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong sales methodology and process focused on customer value
  • English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical audiences at executive level (Engineering, Product, Design)
  • Ability to succeed in changing environments
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
