Location: Hybrid in United States (San Francisco, CA or New York, NY) with 2 days/week in office or remote within the US
Salary: $110,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Create and manage a pipeline of mid-market accounts to meet or surpass sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
- Align with executives on business challenges and identify long-term deployment opportunities
- Develop account plans and manage a book of business to drive expansion and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and ensure customer success
- Advance executive-level relationships through meetings and networking
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States with ability to work hybrid from SF or NY hubs or remotely within the US
- Experience closing sales in software or SaaS with mid-market customers (500-5000 FTEs)
- Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong sales methodology and process focused on customer value
- English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
Nice to have
- Experience selling to technical audiences at executive level (Engineering, Product, Design)
- Ability to succeed in changing environments
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
