What you will do

• Grow hirify.global by onboarding studios and wellness venues across Europe.
• Build strong connections using language skills across multiple international markets.
• Manage sales pipeline: prospect, pitch, and close new partners.
• Customize proposals to meet partners’ unique goals and objections.
• Convert inbound interest into signed deals with a warm, engaging approach.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and German is required.
• 1–3 years sales experience in a high-volume environment with proven performance.
• Confident in outbound selling including cold calls and closing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and business tools.
