What you will do

  • Grow ClassPass by onboarding studios and wellness venues across Europe.
  • Use language skills to build connections and drive growth in international markets.
  • Manage sales pipeline: prospect, pitch, and close new partners.
  • Customize proposals to meet partner goals and objections.
  • Convert inbound interest into signed deals with engaging experiences.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and German is required.
  • 1–3 years sales experience with strong outbound selling skills.
  • Organized with strong time management and prioritization.
  • Skilled negotiator with a drive to build lasting partnerships.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and business tools.
