What you will do
- Grow ClassPass by onboarding studios and wellness venues across Europe.
- Use language skills to build connections and drive growth in international markets.
- Manage sales pipeline: prospect, pitch, and close new partners.
- Customize proposals to meet partner goals and objections.
- Convert inbound interest into signed deals with engaging experiences.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and German is required.
- 1–3 years sales experience with strong outbound selling skills.
- Organized with strong time management and prioritization.
- Skilled negotiator with a drive to build lasting partnerships.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and business tools.
