Salary: $149,000 - $350,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, User Research, and Data Science teams to build new media features and meet roadmap goals.
• Support client-side media features including image processing pipelines and video/image rendering performance improvements.
• Implement end-to-end client support for new codecs and compression algorithms.
• Handle error and network retry logic related to media playback.
• Drive quality, standards, and innovation in rendering engine media capabilities.
• Mentor peers and contribute to onboarding, interview process, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 5+ years of professional experience in video/image rendering and playback software development
• Proficiency in C++, TypeScript, and GLSL
• Experience with web-based applications, browser performance, or real-time collaborative systems
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and disciplines
