TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth.
  • Maintain and raise talent density standards through rigorous calibration.
  • Source and engage top passive candidates globally.
  • Use data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and headcount planning.
  • Design and optimize candidate experience and interview processes.
  • Continuously improve hiring tools, scorecards, and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Location: Role based in New York with hybrid work and remote-friendly hubs.
  • Staff-level recruiter or Talent Partner with deep GTM full-cycle hiring experience.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments with a high bar for talent.
  • Understanding of sales quotas, pipeline, and product-led growth hiring nuances.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in early-stage or fast-scaling startups.
  • Background in employer branding and talent market mapping.
