Salary: $281,000 - $365,000 USD annually

• Manage and hire a team of world-class designers
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to improve team processes and execution
• Develop and advocate for your team’s product areas across the organization
• Run and improve team processes like critiques and sprints
• Advance people management skills in a growth-oriented environment
• Oversee strategy and execution while managing people

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or work remotely within the United States
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• 5+ years of design management experience, including managing managers
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams on complex design challenges
• Hands-on expertise with hirify.global’s tools and ability to mentor design teams
• Experience with strategic thinking, communication, and AI developments
