What you will do

• Define and drive the UX vision for key areas of the game, focusing on Live Service and Meta Systems.
• Create hands-on UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.
• Build scalable UX frameworks that support ongoing content updates and live service evolution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Production, and Art teams to align UX direction with player needs and business goals.
• Establish UX principles, standards, and best practices for navigation and interaction design.
• Mentor and grow the UX design team, elevating the overall craft quality and output.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX design for games, particularly within systems or live service environments.
• Proven ability to lead a UX vision from initial concept through to live operations.
• Strong proficiency in creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience designing complex systems such as progression, social features, and storefronts.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within UX teams.
• Proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe Suite.
