What you will do
- Drive the technical exploratory stages of the sales process and act as a technical leader for the sales organization.
- Showcase the flexibility of 's platform tailored to each prospect's unique needs.
- Provide day-to-day product and technical support and enablement to the sales team.
- Offer feedback on feature requirements, value propositions, and competitive data to senior management and product teams.
- Help onboard new sales and pre-sales resources as the company scales.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering to systematize the pre-sales experience and manage RFP responses.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US to work remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience in senior sales engineering, solution architecture, or related SaaS roles.
- Proficient in RESTful APIs, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS; PHP (Smarty) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users.
- Organized, self-starter with excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and agility.
