What you will do

  • Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of client accounts and collaborate with Client Success and Solutions teams.
  • Understand and implement hirify.global’s platform capabilities to meet client objectives.
  • Consult clients as a subject matter expert and share best practices.
  • Create and deliver technical success plans and ensure team alignment on goals.
  • Problem solve strategic campaign and technical challenges for clients.
  • Support renewals, upsells, and drive deeper platform integration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Japan and fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in technical solutions, project or client management in SaaS, preferably CRM.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage both business and technical client issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a dynamic startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise marketing automation industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Harvest, JIRA.
  • Experience with email marketing, personalization, and advanced marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of SQL, AWS, Javascript, or PHP.
