What you will do
- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of client accounts and collaborate with Client Success and Solutions teams.
- Understand and implement ’s platform capabilities to meet client objectives.
- Consult clients as a subject matter expert and share best practices.
- Create and deliver technical success plans and ensure team alignment on goals.
- Problem solve strategic campaign and technical challenges for clients.
- Support renewals, upsells, and drive deeper platform integration.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan and fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in technical solutions, project or client management in SaaS, preferably CRM.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage both business and technical client issues.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a dynamic startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise marketing automation industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Harvest, JIRA.
- Experience with email marketing, personalization, and advanced marketing automation.
- Knowledge of SQL, AWS, Javascript, or PHP.
