What you will do
- Generate interest and expand partnerships for commercial hirify.global products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
- Spearhead growth and adoption of hirify.global within the existing user base.
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries about hirify.global products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales.
- Experience with technical products or the aptitude to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
- Experience with all aspects of B2B technology sales, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, and closing opportunities.
- Ability to structure, control, and lead calls.
- High integrity and a team-first mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience with Open Source Software business models.
- Sales training and Salesforce experience.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
