What you will do
- Review existing channel operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and own key channel processes such as deal registration and partner activation.
- Administer the partner portal, making enhancements aligned with GTM strategies.
- Partner with the Channel Leadership team to execute ideas and strategies in Revenue systems and processes.
- Maintain the verified partner list within Salesforce and ensure these are clearly identifiable.
- Manage and prioritize implementation of key projects including scoping requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Channel Operations working closely with Channel leadership.
- Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company.
- Track record of defining channel operational processes and collaborating with technology teams.
- Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tackle & Allbound.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable and familiar with cross-functional collaboration.
