What you will do
- Create excellent customer experiences.
- Learn customer-centric sales skills and become an expert in hirify.global’s product.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover pain points and map them to broad set of hirify.global solutions.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
Requirements
- Languages required: English & Dutch.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or in a similar capacity in technology industry is highly preferred, specifically in SaaS will be a plus.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
- Analytical, organization, and time management skills.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.
