What you will do
- Lead strategic prospecting and discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies prioritizing high-value enterprise clients.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to demonstrate ROI to decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships from operational teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Requirements
- Location: Düsseldorf or remote within the EU (hybrid work format)
- Business-fluent in German and English
- 5+ years of success in enterprise software sales.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals through consultative selling.
- Strong industry knowledge and professional network.
- Passion for digital transformation and measurable client impact.
