What you will do

  • Lead strategic prospecting and discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies prioritizing high-value enterprise clients.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively to demonstrate ROI to decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships from operational teams to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Requirements

  • Location: Düsseldorf or remote within the EU (hybrid work format)
  • Business-fluent in German and English
  • 5+ years of success in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals through consultative selling.
  • Strong industry knowledge and professional network.
  • Passion for digital transformation and measurable client impact.
